Fall in South Korea

Well, here we go for a first posting. We spent 10 days in South Korea with Angie. She is such a superb hostess and tour guide. We never had a boring moment and loved everything we saw and did. Here is a short (only 100+ pictures) of our experience -- Angie has a lot of pictures, from her perspective.

Hopefully you can enjoy these pictures without any greater explanation
Angie in her 'living room' - note the absence of furniture -- we did a lot of sitting and laying on the floor while in Korea.

Angie and Carol in front of 'totems' at a historical, cultural village in Asan City (Angie's town where she works).

Angie and Kris at the Asan Village center -- don't they look like they are enjoying themselves!

Angie and Kris at the top of the mountain in Sarokasan (actually we rode a cable car part of the way up and hiked the rest)

Angie and Carol in front of a memorial to some dead admiral in Asan City.

Angie and Carol in front of the beginning of the City Stream in downtown Seoul -- an extremely large and modern city.

Here we are in front of the Seoul LDS Temple -- it was very beautiful and was quite a walk up a steep hill.

Kris doing his 'GQ' pose in Yosu at the southern tip of South Korea. Angie has us traveling from the most northern point (in South Korea near the demilitarized zone) to the most southern point at Yosu.
